This was our third time visiting this incredible resort, and it only keeps getting better. This time, we brought our friends along to share the experience, and they were just as amazed as we’ve always been. Sunrise Tucana has officially become our home away from home! The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job ensuring that everything is clean and welcoming. Coming back to a fresh, comfortable room every day was such a treat. The à-la-carte restaurants at the resort are phenomenal, offering a variety of cuisines with dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious. Our Top 3 favorite restaurants were: The Italian Restaurant – Led by the amazing Chef Said, this was hands down our favorite. The authentic flavors, creative dishes, and excellent presentation made every meal here an experience to remember. A true culinary highlight! The International Restaurant – With impeccable service from Yousef, this restaurant delivered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to all tastes. Perfect for anyone looking to explore different cuisines in one place. The Greek Restaurant – The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and authentic. From traditional Greek salads to perfectly grilled meats, this was a delightful dining experience. The bar service was another standout feature of our stay. From Red Bull to Heineken, the variety of drinks available was impressive. Kamal and his team went above and beyond to serve with a smile, ensuring that every evening felt special with their excellent cocktails and top-notch hospitality. A massive shout-out to Yasser at the reception, who was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel like VIP guests.

The hotel’s location is perfect, The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff specially Mr.said Ibrahim and khaled who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for my stay. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurants, which offered a fantastic selection of delicious dishes. The service in all restaurant was top-notch, with the staff always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, my experience at sunrise tucana resort was exceptional. The combination of superb location, outstanding service, and luxurious accommodations made for an unforgettable stay. The first thing you notice about the property is its stunning Aesthetic beautiful pools, beach and facilities. The resort boasts 7 restaurants and leaves little to be desired. Upon check in my partner and I immediately decided the 2 days we had booked weren’t enough…that’s when we learned the resort wasn’t just pretty pool bars and beautiful balconies the staff at the resort were without fault. Specifically Ahmed Adel (we asked his last name bc there are many 🙂) Ahmed helped us smoothly book another night and made everything in our stay feel like it was his pleasure to assist with. With his above and beyond attitude and welcoming attitude it was hard not to believe him when he “welcomed us home”. The staff also periodically checked in with us from the house keeping to managers and bar keeps always asking us if everything was going well. It’s clear that the service is just as high as the beautiful vision of the resort and we are already planning our next stay.

The location is excellent and quiet, really for those who would like to have a rest. It is an all-inclusive hotel with a la cart restaurants (buffet restaurants are free to use in the neighboring Sunrise Hotel). The food quality is good, the staff is very helpful and always try to do their best for you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern with very comfy beds. There is a Royal Club for only the Swim-up Suite guest with a separate pool, sunbed area, and bar with import drinks. Special thanks for the great cocktails for Isak. The entertainment is good, but do not expect large theater-style performances. The Hotel is more of a family hotel where you are treated as a family member. The beach is clean and there are possibilities for different water sports.

We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️
