We had an absolutely amazing time at the Posh Club at Sunrise Tucana Resort, and we want to thank a few incredible people who made our stay truly special! Always welcoming us with a smile and ready to help with anything – you really made a difference in our stay. Ahmed, our butler – you were fantastic! So attentive, professional, and always there when we needed something. Thank you for taking such good care of us! Abdel from the Posh Restaurant – your kindness and service were top-notch. You made every meal feel like a treat. Samer, thank you for your friendliness and positive energy – we appreciated it every day! Mohammed, the golf car driver – you were a star! You made our daughter laugh every single time with your fun rides. She’s still talking about you! The first thing you notice about the property is its stunning Aesthetic beautiful pools, beach and facilities. The resort boasts 7 restaurants and leaves little to be desired. Upon check in my partner and I immediately decided the 2 days we had booked weren’t enough…that’s when we learned the resort wasn’t just pretty pool bars and beautiful balconies the staff at the resort were without fault. Specifically Ahmed Adel (we asked his last name bc there are many 🙂) Ahmed helped us smoothly book another night and made everything in our stay feel like it was his pleasure to assist with. With his above and beyond attitude and welcoming attitude it was hard not to believe him when he “welcomed us home”. The staff also periodically checked in with us from the house keeping to managers and bar keeps always asking us if everything was going well. It’s clear that the service is just as high as the beautiful vision of the resort and we are already planning our next stay.

Excellent food. Well presented and always a joy to come along to the various a la carte restaurants and the main restaurant. Waiting staff were always polite and friendly and added a personal touch to meal times. The pools were kept clean and the water temperature was good. Loved the attention given to us around the pool by bar staff. Toilets by the pool were kept so clean, a credit to the cleaner. Bed was very comfortable which meant a good night's sleep. Room cleaner, Mohammed was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you for the upgrade to junior garden suite. Evening entertainment was good and kept us amused. Loved the dancing groups, belly dancer and whirling dervish. Singers were also good. The morning musicians, violinist, guitarist and saxophonist was a lovely touch to greet us in the morning! The beach was well maintained and the loungers were comfortable.

Every detail, from the beautiful decor and bathroom to the room itself, was perfect. The daily room refresh, the thoughtful amenities left in the room, the laundry service, and, of course, the wonderful people made my stay exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for the best experience, I highly recommend booking the Posh Club. Hossam, my personal butler, was outstanding—he exceeded all expectations. I only have positive things to say about him. Kareem and Radwan were also incredibly helpful and provided excellent service whenever I needed assistance. Lastly, Georgina, the receptionist, was warm and extremely accommodating.

Easy access into the best part of the sea and staff frequently walking up and down asking if you would like a drink which they would bring to you. Drinks were all in lovely glass or beautiful China and not plastic which was really nice. Great location and you can walk along the beach to other resorts. The tiramisu in the Italian was delicious and the Greek restaurant was our favourite - best staff and beautiful setting right on the beach for breakfast, lunch, dinner or sunset drinks at the Yades or Eos bar.
