The hotel and the rooms are very modern and clean, they are designed in a boho-chic style and are very big. We had a room with pool infront, and it was amazing. The beach is beautiful and the beach-beds are clean and comfortable. It has a corall-reef infront of the hotelbeach, it‘s perfect for snorkling and freediving! I really enjoyed it. Mahmoud from the reception was always available for help with any needs. You are allowed to use the partnerhotel beach/restaurants and entertainment, what‘s a big plus point.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing for our honeymoon! Me and my wife loved the hotel as it has beautiful aesthetics and amazing facilities with even better staff who provided us with a warm welcome and professional, efficient service that I cannot fault. The food at this resort was delicious and had great variety each day especially for dinner. Our room was very nice too, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway with a great scenic view. Special mention to the reception, cleaning, restaurant and bar staff who all provided us with excellent hospitality and went above and beyond for us. I loved our private pool and the beachfront so convenient!I would totally recommend this resort to anyone and come back here again to beautiful Hurghada and Sunrise Tucana :) I miss it already :(

The Animation Team added energy and joy to our stay, engaging both adults and kids with creative, fun activities day and night. You can truly see how passionate they are about creating memorable experiences for every guest. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job maintaining our room and shared areas, always with a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The resort’s facilities—from the pools to the beach and all the amenities in between—were nothing short of outstanding, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were great, Mahmoud Samir in reception was very helpful and kind helping us get the right upgrades. Georgina in the posh club was also great and helped us book for all the restaurants that we wanted and told us about the events happening every day. In the posh club Ahmed Abdelrahman the posh club manager was very kind and gave great service telling us what’s good on the menu and his personal suggestions, Wissameldin a waiter at the posh club was phenomenal he always had a smile on his face and offered the greatest service giving us the best posh club experience possible. Ahmed the butler was great he would make sure every thing in the room was up to standards fulfilling all your requests as soon as possible and helped book activities including parasailing and more. Shady and Samir other waiters in the posh club were wonderful offering high quality service. Tarek the golf cart service driver arrived on time and took you to your destination without any problems. Mo and Roma from the animation team had a lot of passion and put in a lot of effort to make the events fun and a good experience overall.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. The staff, the rooms, the food, the beach, honestly one of the best hotels I traveled in Hurghada for the last years. First, the rooms are comfortable, clean, you can find all you want to have a calm stay. The housekeeping is perfect, especially Karim who was very helpful and kind. Second, I want to thank Mahmoud Eldeeb, the first one we met at the hotel, he was very helpful and made our stay there very easy and friendly. A big thanks to him and he also ordered for us a lunch box while check out which was very good of him. The beach is very very very clean and has a very good vibe, Ahmed, the waiter at the beach bar was really very helpful and made us AMAZING drinks. I want also to thank Mohamed and Martina at the pool bar, they are very friendly and nice. The food is a top notch. It is a la carte and I really like it, all restaurants are amazing especially Gaia the Italian one and Yades, the beach restaurant, food and service are top. Mr. Hesham the manager at Yades was really friendly and made sure we are always satisfied. They also do bedouin nights two times per week which was amazing and gave a good mood to our vacation. Also, Ali the shisha man is very kind and hardworking. The one who welcomed us at the reception was very helpful as well and they were always checking on our trip to ensure everything is going well. I want to thank each and everyone working in this hotel, they are stars and made our trip really a nice one. I will come again and again.
