The resort had an amazing facilities that has a modern and premium look. The Reception staff was extremely helpful. Never seen such hospitality anywhere before. Each and single member of the staff carried a broad smile. Everyone made sure that your stay is comfortable. The whole experience was an amazing one and will definitely go again. 3 different restaurants and each one was amazing in its own way. Access to the nearby aqua park made the stay even more fun.

Everything was amazing..the staff was very helpful and cheerful.. We received a complementary upgrade to our room, and it was really a nice gesture. The food was delicious..the place was very clean.. Everyone is trying to help you enjoy your stay. Definitely we will come again.

Posh Club, Posh Club, Posh Club! Simply incredible. I stayed in a swim-up room, and it was nothing short of amazing! Every detail, from the beautiful decor and bathroom to the room itself, was perfect. The daily room refresh, the thoughtful amenities left in the room, the laundry service, and, of course, the wonderful people made my stay exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for the best experience, I highly recommend booking the Posh Club. Hossam, my personal butler, was outstanding—he exceeded all expectations. I only have positive things to say about him. Kareem and Radwan were also incredibly helpful and provided excellent service whenever I needed assistance. Lastly, Georgina, the receptionist, was warm and extremely accommodating.

Excellent food. Well presented and always a joy to come along to the various a la carte restaurants and the main restaurant. Waiting staff were always polite and friendly and added a personal touch to meal times. The pools were kept clean and the water temperature was good. Loved the attention given to us around the pool by bar staff. Toilets by the pool were kept so clean, a credit to the cleaner. Bed was very comfortable which meant a good night's sleep. Room cleaner, Mohammed was polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you for the upgrade to junior garden suite. Evening entertainment was good and kept us amused. Loved the dancing groups, belly dancer and whirling dervish. Singers were also good. The morning musicians, violinist, guitarist and saxophonist was a lovely touch to greet us in the morning! The beach was well maintained and the loungers were comfortable.

Honestly, Sunrise Tucana Hotel was unreal – a solid 10/10! The reception crew had us sorted in no time, super friendly and smooth. The food? Oh my god, amazing. Samer at Posh Club and Marocious at Yades were absolute legends – they looked after us so well, always with a smile, and honestly made our trip something special. If you’re thinking of booking here, do it just for them! Housekeeping was bang on, our room was always spotless, no complaints there. We didn’t get around to the entertainment stuff, but the pools and beach? Wow, perfect. Mohamed at Posh Club was a total star – always chatting, grabbing us fresh towels, sorting shade, just top-notch service that made us feel so taken care of. The bars and drinks were wicked too, never a dull moment. Loved every second at Tucana – we’re already planning to come back!
